These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (https://legalsuite.us), our law firm management system, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to Legal Suite or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time, and we will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Services
Legal Suite provides a SuiteCRM-based law firm management system designed to streamline legal practice operations, including case management, trust and probate workflows, scheduling, time tracking, invoicing, and client communication. Features include multi-user calendars, Zoom integration, optional QuickBooks sync, and optional Slack integration (for an additional $20/month for unlimited users). Our Services are intended for use by law firms and legal professionals to manage their business operations efficiently.
3. Subscription and Pricing
Subscription Plan: Legal Suite offers a single subscription plan at $249/month for unlimited users, with no additional per-user fees.
Optional Add-On: Slack integration is available for an additional $20/month for unlimited users.
Payment Terms: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance via a secure third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
Price Changes: We may adjust our pricing with 30 days’ notice via email or on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
4. User Responsibilities
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at info@legalsuite.us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Lawful Use: You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA). You are solely responsible for ensuring that any client data you input complies with such laws.
Prohibited Activities: You may not use the Services to engage in illegal activities, upload harmful content (e.g., viruses, malware), or attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Services.
Client Data: You retain ownership of all data you input into the Services (e.g., case details, trust information). We act as a data processor and do not access or use this data except to provide the Services or as required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided through the Services, including the Legal Suite system, logos, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Legal Suite LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes during your subscription term. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services without our prior written consent.
6. Data Security and Privacy
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and role-based access controls, to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no system is entirely secure, and you are responsible for maintaining secure practices (e.g., strong passwords). Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your information, including any client data you input into the system.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Legal Suite offers optional integrations with third-party services such as QuickBooks and Slack. You are responsible for complying with the terms of these third-party providers. We are not liable for any issues arising from your use of these integrations, including data sharing or service interruptions.
8. Termination
By You: You may terminate your subscription at any time by providing written notice to info@legalsuite.us. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle, and your access will end at the end of the billing period.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees due, or engage in activities that harm the Services or other users. We will notify you of such actions and, where applicable, provide an opportunity to remedy the issue.
Post-Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and we may delete your data after 30 days unless required to retain it by law. You are responsible for exporting your data prior to termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legal Suite LLC, its affiliates, and its licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legal Suite LLC, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your input of client data that violates applicable laws.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Chandler, Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government regulations.

14. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Legal Suite LLC regarding the Services.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at our discretion, such as in the event of a merger or acquisition.
